You can call our office at (919) 481-4682 to order your contacts or  submit the form below and we will contact you during our normal office hours to confirm your order.   In addition to any manufacturer rebates, we offer a $20 discount on the purchase of a 6 mos supply or $50 off an annual supply of disposable contacts.  No other discounts apply.  We require payment at the time of order for any lenses that we do not normally carry in stock.
